This appeal is presented before us following the denial of Appellants’ Petition To Open and/or Strike A Judgment Of Non Pros which was entered against them. 1

Action was initially taken in February of 1989 when Appellants served a Praecipe to Issue Summons on Appellees. The trial court recounts that no action was then taken until June of 1992 when Appellant’s counsel was replaced by new counsel who entered an appearance.
