In this second appeal brought by appellants Dewey L. Buffington, et al. (debtors), appellants seek to raise a jurisdictional objection to successive orders of the bankruptcy court dismissing debtors’ reorganization petitions under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. In the prior appeal, Buffington v.
