Appellee, James H. Hooper, obtained a decree quieting title to certain property and canceling tax deeds and certificates of sale to appellants, Jacob Glos and D. Arnold, and the cause comes here on appeal to set aside the decree.

Hooper on December 4, 1925, filed his bill of complaint in the circuit court of DuPage county to quiet the title to lots 19 to 38, both inclusive, in the plat of the re-subdivision of block 19 of Stough’s Second addition to Hinsdale, in said county.
