MEMORANDUM OPINION
GORDON E. YOUNG, District Judge.
The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The provisions referred to involve only the minimum wage and recordkeeping provisions of the Act, Recovery of unpaid wages is not sought.
The complaint alleges, inter alia, that the defendant has employed up to 26 present and former employees who have been regularly engaged in interstate commerce or the production of goods for commerce within the meaning of the Fair Labor Standards Act by…
