Vieira v. Vieira

This divorce proceeding was before the family court on the petition of the husband to amend the decision therein 'by awarding to him, in the place of the wife, the custody of the minor children of the parties. After a hearing a decree was entered granting the petition as to the two older children, aged seven years and five years re^spectively, and the wife has prosecuted her appeal therefrom to this court.

The question is whether a change of custody was in the best interests of .the children.
