The Probate Court of Bulloch County granted John Mack’s 2002 petition to set aside its 1998 order that discharged Orita Coney as administrator of James Coney’s estate. Mossie Moore, as Orita Coney’s guardian, 1 appealed to the superior court. On appeal to the superior court, the parties argued on cross-motions for summary judgment whether Mack’s petition was time-barred. The superior court ruled in favor of Mack, and Moore appeals to this court.
