—In an action to recover damages for wrongful death and personal injuries based on medical malpractice, the third-party defendants appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Brien, J.), dated July 26, 1994, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint, and (2) as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated November 2, 1994, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
