OPINION

{¶ 1} The defendant-appellant, Steven G. Terry ("Steven"), appeals the November 10, 2005, Judgments of conviction and sentence entered in the Crawford County Municipal Court.

{¶ 2} On October 1, 2005, Kindra Jordan ("Kindra") contacted the Bucyrus Police Department regarding numerous telephone calls from her former boyfriend, Steven, whom she had resided with for approximately three months.
