MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

Plaintiff, the Continental Group, Inc. (“Continental”), seeks to enforce a post-employment non-competition covenant by ob- taming a preliminary injunction to prevent its former employee, defendant John P. Kinsley (“Kinsley”) from continuing in the employ of defendant TPT Machinery Corporation (“TPT”) for the remainder of the 18-month period of the covenant.
