MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF REMAND
SCHELL, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the appeal of Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”) and The Education Resources Institute (“TERI”) (collectively “Appellants”) of the bankruptcy court’s order of June 27, 2006. In that order, the court granted Michael Young (“Debtor”) a partial discharge of outstanding student loans held by Appellants.
