THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the Motion to Disqualify Counsel for Plaintiff filed by Defendants Omar Bote-ro; Alianza Financial Services, LLC; and Alianza Holdings, LLC (collectively, the “Alianza Defendants”) [ECF No. 216].
