WILBUR, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from tfie denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus. By stipulation tfie entire record before tfie immigration authorities is made a part of tfie petition. Tfie appellants were denied admission into tfie United States and ordered deported by tfie immigration authorities. Appellants claim to be tfie sons of Quoek Vuen, who is conceded to be an American citizen, and base their right to admission upon that relationship.
