Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Evelyn Frazee, J.), entered January 23, 2013. The order denied the motion of plaintiff Ann Towne to set aside the verdict and for a new trial.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
