In the year 1922 certain citizens of Newnan, Georgia, filed a petition with the Georgia Eailroad Commission, since being-changed to the Georgia Public-Service Commission (Acts 1922, p. 143), to require the Atlanta & West Point Eailroad Company to establish commutation rates or fares between the Cities of Atlanta and Newnan, Georgia, and intermediate points.
