Defendants, George and Mario Maya, were charged with possession, delivery and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and methaqualone. They were tried and although convicted of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and methaqualone, judgment was entered only on the cocaine-related offense. Both defendants wilfully absented themselves from trial just prior to closing argument, and the court revoked their bail bonds.
