Before the Court is Lead Plaintiff New Jersey’s Motion for Class Certification, the EDS Defendants’ Opposition to New Jersey’s Motion for Class Certification, New Jersey’s Reply, and Defendants’ Sur-Reply (Docket *562Nos. 202, 231, 242, and 246, respectively, in 6:03-md-1512, and Docket Nos. 124,136,142, and 144, respectively, in 6:03-ev-110). Having considered the parties’ written submissions and their oral arguments, the Court GRANTS New Jersey’s Motion for Class Certification.
