Plaintiff, William’s Delight Corporation, is a corporation organized under the laws of the Virgin Islands and apparently qualified to do business in Michigan. In 1969 it was incorporated to carry out a real estate development program for the purchase of land and the construction of condominium units in the Virgin Islands. From the record, it is unclear whether all 14 offers were made prior to the plaintiffs incorporation.
