MEMORANDUM DECISION
CANNELLA, District Judge.
Defendant’s motion, deemed made pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (5), for an order quashing service of the *565summons and complaint herein, and dismissing this action for lack of jurisdiction over the person of the defendant, is denied. Plaintiff’s cross-motion, made pursuant to Ped.R.Civ.P. 12(f), for an order striking certain of the affirmative defenses asserted by the defendant in his original and second answers is granted.
