NORVELL, Justice.

Clyde Dickerson has appealed from a. judgment of the District Court of Bexar *219County that he take nothing as against Julia Dickerson and Great American Indemnity Company, alleged to be a surety upon a guardian’s bond executed by Julia Dickerson as principal. Trial below was to the court without a jury and no findings of fact or conclusions of law were filed.
