¶ 1 On February 23, 2010, defendant, Bru-co Strong Eagle Hastwood, took a loaded rifle to Deer Creek Middle School where he shot and injured two students. A jury found him not guilty by reason of insanity (NGRI) on ten of eleven counts but guilty of unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds. Defendant asserts he should have been found NGRI on that count as well,. We conclude that defendant's conviction for unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds is supported by substantial and sufficient evidence, and affirm,
