The defendant was charged in an indictment with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32A(a). The defendant’s motion to suppress evidence seized as a result of a search of his person was denied after an evidentiary hearing. The defendant was found guilty after a jury-waived trial. On appeal, the defendant claims that the motion judge committed error in denying his suppression motion.
