This is a bill by the son of Samuel M. Holland, deceased, to recover a sum of money placed in the hands of the defendant Adams, under the circumstances hereinafter stated. The case is set down to be heard on bill and answers, which disclose substantially the same facts set forth in the case of Holland v. Cruft, just now decided, ante, 162.
