MAJORITY OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Miguel Aranda appeals from two trial court orders granting appellees’ motions for summary judgment and an order denying his motion for summary judgment. Appellant brings four points of error claiming the trial court erred in granting appel-lees’ motions for summary judgment on the basis of estoppel and ERISA preemption, in overruling appellant’s motion for summary judgment, and in refusing to order evidence of one appellee’s net worth. Because we hold the trial court erred in ren*211dering summary judgment in favor of ap-pellees, we reverse and remand.
