Appeal from judgment of circuit court affirming award of Industrial Commission of death benefits under Workmen’s Compensation Act to survivors of employee.

On February 13, 1973, Mr. Joseph Majer-sky, editor of the Jefferson City Post-Tribune, attended a chamber of commerce awards banquet at the Ramada Inn in Jefferson City. He was asked to “cover” the event for the paper by its managing editor and the newspaper company provided the ticket for Mr. Majersky.
