Daubenspeck, against appellees to determine the right of each ap■pelleeto the office of. director, ofHhe Union Telephone *245Company of Carmel, Indiana. Issues were formed, trial had, special finding of facts made, and conclusions of law stated thereon in favor of appellees, and judgment against appellant.
