In this action, brought on behalf of the minor plaintiff by his aunt as next friend against a number of defendants, the verified complaint alleges that his right to due process was violated when he was dropped from the enrollment of Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School (H-F). Injunctive relief and damages, actual and punitive, were sought. The trial court granted two motions for summary judgment — one of defendant Rachford and the other of the remaining defendants.
