This case involves a dispute over fees incurred for architectural services relating to three projects. The architect, S.J. Tu-minello, was contacted by Lev and Anne Dawson regarding the design and construction of a residence for defendants (“the Lev Dawson residence”), a residence for defendants’ son (“the Seth Dawson residence”), and a charter school in Delhi, LA (“the charter school”).
