¶ 1 Appellants, Edward Lynes and Patricia Lynes (Lynes), along with High Country Rockin Roundup, L.L.C., (HCRR) brought suit by way of a third-party complaint against four HCRR members, Matt Helm, Myrna Mintyala, Christine DeBuff, and Darrell Tuss, (referred to collectively as Respondents). Lynes and HCRR allege that the Respondents acted unlawfully in advancing HCRR money and in later causing HCRR to repay this money to them.
