HINCKS, District Judge.
The petitioner alleges that he is the holder for value of convertible debentures issued by the debtor having an aggregate face value of $700, and that he files his petition in behalf of himself “and of all persons similarly situate who may elect to become parties hereto and contribute to the cost hereof.” % The petition assails the constitutionality of section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 205), and of numerous of its provisions separately stated.
