This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted to the appellee, Bob M. Mor ris, in an action controverting an answer in garnishment filed by the appellant, The Arizona Bank. The writ of garnishment served upon the bank attempted to reach the beneficial interest of Paul Walter Heller in a trust established at The Arizona Bank by Paul Walter Heller for the benefit of himself, his wife and his children. The facts relevant to this appeal are as follows:
