This is an appeal from an order granting a motion for partial summary judgment urged by the appellee, Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. (Fuji), against the appellant, Government Employees Credit Union of San Antonio (GECU). GECU filed its original petition complaining of the misrepresentation by Fuji and Mino-Micro-Graphics, another defendant below, regarding their capacity to convert GECU record files to microfilm.
