The petitioners, Eliza Sturdivant and Elizabeth Fultz, jointly with their respective husbands, filed their petition in the probate court of Carroll county, for the purpose of compelling their guardians, the appellees, to make a final settlement of their *161accounts as such guardians; and to deliver into the possession of said petitioners, their real and personal estate, under the control and management of the appellees.
