Goldberg, J.), rendered July 18, 2014, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, attempted assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and two counts of conspiracy in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 7V2 years, unanimously affirmed.
