ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS
GOLD, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE is before the court upon the defendants’ motions to dismiss (DE #27, 39). The plaintiffs in this case are the Broward Gardens Tenants Association (“Tenants Association”), Bernard Holmes, Lilliard Holmes, and Betty Joyce Tor-rence. The Tenants Association is an organization composed of residents living in the Broward Gardens Complex in the City of Ft.
