LifeCare Medical Transports, Inc. (“LifeCare”) appeals a ruling of the Circuit Court of the County of Stafford (“circuit court”) affirming the October 23, 2009 decision by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (“DMAS”) denying LifeCare’s request for relief and affirming the overpayment determination in the amount of $367,178.
