John and Darlene Milliet (hereinafter “the Milliets”) appeal from a default judgment granted in favor of Michael and Iris Trahan (“the Trahans”). For the following reasons, we affirm.

On May 9, 2002, the Trahans filed a Petition for Damages and Injunctive Relief against their next-door neighbors, the Mil-liets, alleging that the Milliets had deprived them of peaceful enjoyment of their property.
