Plaintiff Spoleta Construction seeks a declaration that defendant Aspen Insurance UK Limited c/o Aspen Specialty Insurance Management Company is obligated to defend and indemnify Spoleta in a personal injury action commenced by an employee of Spoleta’s subcontractor, Hub-Langie Paving, Inc.
