DAVIDSON, Judge.

This is a case of rape by force; the punishment, ten years in the penitentiary.

Prosecutrix, a twenty-eight-year-old married woman and mother of two children, was, about 8:30 o’clock the morning of June 18, 1946, standing on a street corner awaiting a bus to go to the city, where she worked. Appellant drove by and asked her if she wanted to ride with him; she assented and got into the car.
