This suit in equity was before the court nearly two years ago upon motions to dismiss and special pleas raised by the answers of some of the defendants, which points were argued, later considered and disposed of, in a memorandum opinion under date of June 19, 1929, and on file in the cause under date of June 29, 1929. 38 F.(2d) 275. The motions to dismiss and special pleas in the answers having been overruled, answers were subsequently filed by the defendants who had interposed motions and the cause set for final hearing upon the merits.
