These consolidated cases are predicated upon tbe same facts. Tbe controlling law is applicable to botb cases. What is said in the case of tbe minor, Mary Frances Pascball, applies to tbe case of her mother, Bessie Mai Pascball.

This is an appeal from tbe judgment of tbe Circuit Court, sustaining a demurrer to tbe declaration of plaintiff in error, suing by next friend, to recover damages from defendant in error, Railway Company, for personal injuries caused by alighting from a passenger train while it was moving.
