Michael D. Peck filed this action for a declaratory judgment and an injunction against Lanier Golf Club, Inc., claiming that he acquired an implied easement or implied restrictive covenant in Lanier’s adjacent golf course property. Lanier filed a motion for summary judgment, contending that there is no evidence supporting Peck’s claims. The trial court granted Lanier’s motion, from which Peck appeals.
