CORNELIUS, Justice.

Relator Vernon Douglas Sutherland has applied for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for release from an order of confinement for contempt issued against him by the judge of the Sixth Judicial District Court of Fannin County, Texas. The judgment of contempt resulted from relator’s refusal to comply with a previous order of the court entered in the divorce action between relator and his former wife.
