MEMORANDUM OPINION

MORTON, District Judge.

This is a suit to enjoin the continued execution of a system of inspection of packages and briefcases carried into the United States Courthouse at Nashville, Tennessee by the security force of General Services Administration.

The original plaintiffs consisted of attorneys, a client, and a spectator. The Tennessee Bar Association was permitted to intervene as a plaintiff. The plaintiffs assert that the action, in addition to asserting their individual rights, is brought under Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as a class action representing:…
