OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Theodore Terlesky appeals from his conviction entered in Mahoning County Court No. 4 for gambling, a violation of R.C. 2915.02(A)(2); operating a gambling house, a violation of R.C. 2915.03(A)(1); possession of criminal tools, a violation of R.C.2923.24(A)(1); and public gaming, a violation of R.C. 2915.04(B). Two issues are raised in this appeal. The first issue is whether the trial court erred in failing to suppress the evidence taken as a result of the search warrant.
