STATEMENT OF REASONS IN SUPPORT OF ORDER DATED JULY 28.2009. DENYING THE MOTION OF VINCENTA BURKE-CORBIN TO REOPEN THIS BANKRUPTCY CASE

I. INTRODUCTION
On June 18, 2009, Vincenta Burke-Cor-bin, a creditor in this closed case, 1 filed her motion to reopen the Chapter 7 case of Debtors, William John Gutches and Jerry L.G. Wary, pursuant to Section 350(b) of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 350(b).
