ALEXANDER, Justice.

This action was brought by J. M. Walker, by and with the consent of the Legislature, against the State of Texas, in the nature of a bill of review, to set aside certain judgments previously rendered in favor of the State against the plaintiff herein and others in certain actions brought by the State to forfeit a number of bail bonds.
