McKinney v. State ex rel. Ersoff

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided November 16, 1955Published

(specially concurring).

This case boils down to the question of whether the act under consideration should receive a strict or a liberal construction. In view of the pronouncements of this Court in Abood v. City of Jacksonville, 80 So.2d 443, decided subsequent to the decree herein reviewed, a liberal construction is required. I, therefore, concur in the opinion of Mr. Justice ROBERTS.
