Green v. State

The petition seeking a belated appeal of the order of May 9, 2005, denying petitioner’s motion for postconviction relief in Du-val County Circuit Court case number 16-2000-CF-7239-AXXX-MA, is granted. See Vlacos v. State, 730 So.2d 864 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999). Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to *678the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal: See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(B).
