Bridwell, J. —
On the 26th day of October, 1935, one Louis P. Baglan was employed by appellee Purity Cone & Pretzel Company, and on that day he received personal injuries by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment from which he died on November 3, 1935. After his death his parents, the appellants, Philip L. and Rose M. Baglan, filed with the Industrial Board their application for adjustment of their claim for compensation, alleging therein, among other things, that they were wholly dependent upon him for support.
