The order of the Supreme Court, New York County (William P. McCooe, J.), entered on or about June 30, 1987, which denied defendants’ motion pursuant to CPLR 3212 for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, is reversed on the law and defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint granted, without costs or disbursements.
